"Never flag in zeal, be aglow with the Spirit, serve the Lord. Rejoice in your hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer." Romans 12: 11-12

Our Mission

We are a Catholic publishing company dedicated to promoting the growth of virtue in the lives of our children through the teaching of the Faith, authentic human formation, and the values of our history and Catholic heritage.

Who We Are

Behold Publications, LLC, and its imprint, Ecce Homo Press, are Catholic, home-schooling, family-owned and -operated businesses and apostolates.

In home-schooling, mom - Joan Stromberg - found an abundance of Christian material to integrate into unit studies, yet a notable lack of Catholic material. Using her degree in journalism and history, she decided to bring Mother Cabrini to life in a way that would appeal to children ages 7-12 while teaching them solid American History at the same time. The Glory of America series was then born, through which the values, traditions, and heritage of our Catholic American past can be passed on to our children.

Since then the company continued to grow in its service of the Faith by publishing the club guides and material for the Little Flowers Girls' Club and the Blue Knights Club for Boys, developed repsectively by Rachel Watkins and Major Dan McGuire. These two product lines are amazing tools for training our children in wholesome Catholic human formation and cultivating in them a life of virtues and authentic Catholic morals.

To add to these programs, the company has expanded by adding a more program materials including the Little Women Hospitality Program developed by Ann Milligan Callaghan, a program that teaches young girls to become "little women," gracious hostesses trained in the gentle and charming ways of a true woman of the Kingdom, following in the footsteps of John Paul II's teachings on true femininity as well as Our Lady's Honor Guard, a fantastic program for teens developed by Rachel Watkins.

Finally, Behold Publications, LLC has recently published a compendium of literature imbued with Catholic values by Maureen Wittmann with recommended reading lists organized by history and by subject to aid home-schooling moms in teaching core subjects through a wealth of wonderful literature.

Our Goal

Our goal is to bring fun and faith-filled educational materials into Catholic homes, schools, and parishes, filling the new millenium with well-catechized apostles aglow with an authentic love for Christ and the Church he founded.

Behold Publications, LLC plans to produce high-quality Catholic children's resources through Glory of America, the Little Flowers Girls' Club, the Blue Knights Club for Boys, the Little Women Hospitality Program, and other product lines. If you have any suggestions or comments, please don't hesitate to contact us Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm EST.

What We Are Looking For

We are presently looking for manuscripts that teach American Catholic history. Our upcoming "American Saints in Progress" series will focus on Catholic culture throughout American history. We are also seeking manuscripts for craft, game, and recipe books to go along with our Glory of America, Little Flowers, Blue Knights, and Little Women product lines.
